Problem neighbors, continued

A while back I posted on my concerns that the incumbents, desperate to get on the IP bandwagon and show that they are offsetting the decay in their domestic markets would seize upon VoIP as a new Holy Grail for capturing growth in adjacent markets, thus adding further market fragmentation and pricing pressure.
